Pros

Looks great on your resume to have a globally known company. Fellow sales associates are amazing! loved the team! Since there's no commission no one thinks about stealing your sales but even if they did offer commission no one was that greedy to do something like that. Some management were amazing. They grew from the ground up so they really helped me advance. They offer a lot of training. So you wont really feel like you have no idea what you're saying and doing.

Cons

Management didn't seem to be on the same board. They were always in survival mode and not advancing the team. Didn't seem like there were many opportunities to move up in the company. No commission and the "Bonus" structure was created for only the flag ship stores employee. Honestly two months into the company i thought to myself... man this company is cheap. $800 bucks for a bag and they cant even give us $2 dollars commission for the bag... as though they want us to believe that it cost $500 dollars for the bag to be made. hahaha.

Pros

The online employee store, meeting people.

Cons

Poor management, favoritism that starts at the top. Not a diverse company, it is very hard to get promoted as a person of color/older/ overweight. I saw so many people being lied to, they hire you as a temp and say that they will convert you to full time as soon as something opens up. I saw people work full time hours for more than a year, the state would force them to give health insurance after a certain amount of time and they still won’t upgrade you to full time. There is psychological abuse with the “ you need to earn the benefits approach”.

Pros

Employee discount and health insurance

Cons

This company will micromanage you down to the very last second of every minute of your day. They are very strict and will write you up for any little mistake you make. There is a lot of favoritism. Managers will go on personal vacations with advisors and go out to the clubs doing drugs posting all over Instagram. Working for the RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD, yet it feels like you work at a dollar store. They give lateral ‘promotions’, which means more work and no extra pay. Advisors bring in over 1 million dollars in sales a year each yet they are not even paid 10% of that. They hired a bunch of remote employees during the pandemic for the call center but now they will only hire in person advisors while still allowing a huge portion of the call center to be fully remote, so they will not pay you extra for gas (commuting) food or clothing to be in person, and will not make any accommodations for you to work from home if you are a local. NONE of the managers take calls or do any actual work except for monitoring your status on the call queue. As a result of the managers never taking any calls, they will always give you conflicting information because they do not even know what it takes to assist the clients and how to follow the proper policies. There is only 1 general line for the call center so you have to take all calls ranging from store issues (stores DO NOT take calls) UPS claims, returns, repairs, orders, insurance claims, escalations, ect.
