Pros

Ability to take shorter assignments to develop skills. Weekly pay is nice. Lots of opportunities to advance if you apply yourself

Cons

Climbing the ladder can be slow because if you enjoy the job you are working your pay increases will be slow

Pros

4/10 schedule. Flex time as needed. lots of opportunities to move around in the company.

Cons

Major re-orgs every year. Budgeting/charging has been a mess for a while and doesn't look like it's getting better soon. End up working a ton of overtime without pay. Feeling like job is not secure more and more lately.

Pros

Great leadership and opportunities to grow and learn! I've heard it depends what team you are assigned to. 4/10 work week, work/life balance is great, and PTO bank is huge plus. Plenty of travel opportunities which makes work that much more interesting.

Cons

Some sprints can be very intense. But this is balanced with on average good work/life balance and PTO.
