Pros
Biggest pro is job security. If you're looking for a stable job, with good pay, good benefits, and you don't care at all about the kind of work that you're doing - this is the place for you. People are either really cool or really not, totally team-dependent.
Cons
Biggest con is falling so behind technically. I'm a software engineer who makes 6 figures but hasn't written a single line of code for work in 2 years. Pay was good enough to get me to stay the last few years, but if you're looking to develop your skills and become a strong engineer, this is not the place for you.
