Pros

Appreciate the work /life balance, teams are open to provide tasks/projects that align with your personal interests

Cons

At times can be a slow flow of tasking, contract structure can be tedious for charging work, plenty of red tape can slow work even further

Pros

Benefits are great compared to other companies. 40 hours PTO for 'sick' time ever year (use it or lose it), 120 hours PTO accrued throughout the year. 4/10 schedule (every Friday off). Tuition assistance. Depending on department and manager, allocates 40 hours of technical training for whatever new technology you wish to learn.

Cons

Retention is bad depending on team, in the past 6 mo, have seen 6-8 people change teams/companies. Depending on interests work might be lackluster
