      Pros

      Lockheed Martin is involved in some of the most interesting projects in the world. There are countless opportunities to explore new career goals and grow as a professional. Many of the jobs are very rewarding, and play a crucial role in the stability of the U.S. and its allies.

      Cons

      With the predominant customer being the government, the business tempo is erratic on many programs. Many projects operate on long term visions, but short term planning. The volatility both internal, and with the customer, lead to aggressive response times, and teams being ill-prepared to tackle challenges.

      honest, great benefits, great pay. Over all good company to work for.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of recognition when you exceed job expectations. Union facilities are a bummer.
