Challenging, fast paced work environment. Many talented people who genuinely try to make a difference in the job they do. Important tasks maintaining national military assets.
Cons
Little to no feedback from management on job performance. Serious problems with financial and inventory control systems that have been known to management for years, but not corrected. Many members of senior management leaving the company. Seems like a revolving door at the top.
