Pros

Higher pay than most entry level retail

Cons

Only entitled to half an hour break even when working 10 hours or more. Expect you to come in on a day off at the drop of a hat Had 6 different store managers in 7 years at the company only one was actually approachable the rest just didn't care about the staff Unrealistic targets Customer service practically non existent Seen as just a number not a human

Pros

Nothing good out of this place.

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE. Save yourself the trouble, and trust all of the negative reviews. There is a reason the turnover is so high and the stores are not doing well. The management is awful - awful to a greater extent than you can ever imagine. All of the employees and disgruntled because of this and the communication is very poor. Multiple people had gone to HR over sexual harassment, and being mistreated by their manager, and nothing was ever done about it. The culture is very negative and competitive, to the point that even when you do your job and more, your manager is only looking for what you missed. They are very quick to find out who is to blame instead of solving quick fixes. Even the international board called moving into the US a “‘mistake”. It was a major mistake. They have created a tense atmosphere where nothing gets done because of a lack of communication and poor management. (Most of the managers are very young with no experience). In addition, there is a very poor work life balance. Their only fix to this was to tell people that if they were working 12 hours a day, it was their own incapability of completing their work on time. When in fact, the workload was more than any one person could manage. This place is filled with negativity. Everyone there wants to leave - if they haven’t already yet. Find something else if you want to secure your future and actually grow.
