Pros

Great co-workers, interesting work - with a new US brand, great benefits, ability to learn the business and move up quickly. Camaraderie. Lots of exposure.

Cons

Yes, Lidl is a rapidly growing company w/ some growing pains, but the people writing the disgruntled reviews must be lazy or negative people in general. Yes, its a very fast paced environment but the majority of people I work with are driven, talented and positive! Work hard, play hard.

Pros

Great people work there. A lot of responsibility. Young and fun culture.

Cons

Tone at the top does not respect employee time or concerns. Unqualified and Non-English speaking decision makers create inefficiencies and animosity. Does not respect third party vendors time or work production. Internal organization and communication is poor.

Pros

Above average pay. Working with people from all over the world.

Cons

Working your life away. The reason why they pay you above average pay is that they expect you to work countless hours for it.
