Pros

Very relaxed environment, work great around your own commitments such as college, kids etc.....

Cons

Management are a joke, very immature and extremely unprofessional (I found this in most of the shops I went to over the 3 years I worked for them) This also includes area management, who should really know better

Pros

friendly co-workers, managers who see themselves not as something higher but someone who can't be without their team, "london bonus" aka 6% of your salaray as little extra because living in London is so expensive, lots of free stuff from your own department as well as the others (food and non-food!)

Cons

unorganised hr, confused managers who depend on their team rather than their own brains, can't leave your desk until your work is done (and you're not being paid by hours, so working over time doesn't get paid), some days it's boring - then other days you get a heart attack from the stress because someone else screwed up/didn't tell you in time.
