Pros

Hardworking staff and helpful advice given

Cons

Poor communication between management and supervisors altogether. One supervisor or manager says one thing while the other says something else. Scheduled times are shown on Dayforce but actual times don’t show up for weeks at a time. Too much work to be done for one day, leading to unfinished work within the scheduled times, which also leads to everyone having to stay 2-3 hours longer than supposed to be. Some employees are constantly being asked to come in on days off to get stuff done. This in conjunction with having no set days to work (i.e. working different days every week with almost no say or know until the schedule is set) creates an unhealthy work life balance for part time employees at the very least.
