They dont train you properly they have someone who has only been there for a month to train you and after 2 or 3 days they throw you on the register by yourself without proper trying the managers are very unprofessional, talk bad about the employees, dont follow your availability after you tell them the days you can't work,the turnover rate is terrible because how hard they work people on the average for a shift at night running the market would be 6 people.

Some of the most unprofessional unmanaged people I have ever worked around. Everyone is expected to work 12+ hours with no breaks. One manager even tried to guilt trip us by saying "we sacrificed our lives for this store y'all should do the same" despite them advertising "good work life balance". They will have you stay until midnight and come back for a shift at 6 am. Constantly adding new rules and regulations that make it incredibly difficult to even know what your day to day responsibilities are. Overall this job is a masterclass in how NOT to run a business.
