Pros

I met good employees there

Cons

Literally everything is wrong with this company. HR .. they all know each other so don’t bother calling . They want you to think they care but truly they don’t. We went through the entire holiday season with such a short staff. The day after thanksgiving I closed with ONE other person. They made me drive in ice, they refused to close the store earlier during such horrible weather atmosphere(Lidl was the only grocery store open regular hours until 9pm), although I came in for my shift I asked to leave three hours earlier my district manager told me if I left, that’s job abandonment and there would be disciplinary actions, even tho I told them I’m from California I don’t know how to drive in ice and I’m pregnant.
