Management is the worst ever. Your options for management are either someone fresh out of college who has never had a job outside of Lidl or a robotic European with a huge ego. Do yourself a favor and work for a US-based company who understands American culture and actually appreciates their employees.

if you actually have any management skills..this will probably be the most unmanagement thing you ever done i can thinking it may be an opportunity to become part of a new company but i was wrong..at the store you are a super associate rather then anything else..been here a month now and 4 ppl have quit and tonight i had to close the store with 3 people and some supervisors don’t take lunches or breaks it’s pretty scary and sad..stay away for now.
