You determine your earning potential and if you are an efficient worker, you can make your own hours and schedule.

Cons

Management at this company borders on pure incompentence. The key to motivating an individual that performs well is constantly badgering, bothering, and harrassing performers. You will become so discouraged, your confidence will consistently be in question. If you have the ability to seperate drama from reality, you can survive.

* Uneducated managers * Back stabbing co-workers, who are always jealous of your hard work and sucess * Environment of fear and intimidation * Poor support from management * Management thinks you are doing something wrong when you are making your numbers, then they get their stool pigeons to spy on your work * Claims to be the "responsible" insurance company, but hassels clients when they make a claim

Pay can be very good but I question some of their "call quality" scoring

Fair to good pay at the entry level sales rep level up to a team lead level. Great job for the go-getter who is successful at selling by phone.

Cons

Big hit in pay (about 10-20k per year) to move up to a supervisor, preventing me to move forward. Horribly mismanaged and misguided "call quality" program. Subjectively scored and too often scored incorrectly.
