      excellent work climate, values and promotion opportunities great autonomy (mistakes tolerance) and daily support while developing most of senior manager are good level, compromised and accessible a part of the company results is shared with the employees

      balance personal life with work is really difficult at managerial level. long hours and, some weeks, 6 working days

      Pros

      The company trusts in you and gives you a lot of responsabilities. Employees have great human values. The training system is well developed. The company shares its profits (profits share + stock options + commisions) and provides good social benefits like private health insurance.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the company should care more about the potential and the personality of a person than his curriculum. Please do not limitate one's ambitions to grow in the company. Everything can be learne, we are not doctors!
