Pros

Is a very good school to learn for the first time the commercial business and how to learn the management with your staff with some process

Cons

Is a company that want to change and actualize the process of sales, relationship with clients, innovation of products, but with a very old staff of direction that don't let the process of changing go faster. A lot of burocratie and lost a lot of time to make old reports that no one take seriously.

Pros

The autonomy you have in your decisions (Negotiation with suppliers, Commercial operations...). Also the profit sharing through company shares and all the access to information you have (transparency).

Cons

There is an strong hierarchy. When you are a shop assistant you will rarely talk to the shop director, there are two more bosses above you (and it's only a shop!). The procedures are very slow (e.g changing prices) and the computer software is old.
