Nothing was really wrong. Just a lot of paperwork to go through to get hired though.

The people who are dedicated employees and carry out their responsibilities wisely are great to work with and interesting to interact with.

Cons

Too much political games and keeping the same "dysfunctional" hierarchy in place. Scientists are productive; however, the rest of the organization "operations" is a waste of taxpayers money.
