Cons

Very hard to transfer in the company. Once you are in a slot, it is very difficult to move to another.

Cons

You have to be careful at the time of employment to know the working shift. Most E.M.'s work a rotational shift. 7 days on 3 days off, then 7 days on and 4 days off for the rest of your career.
