1) Great place to work and collaborate on some cutting-edge research in fundamental physics 2) Nice people and shuttle service, great Bay view 3) Great visa support

Cons

1) Office infrastructure is not good for some of the divisions. 2) Very bad food truck availability, ongoing construction of canteen, no idea when will it come 3) Salary can be very different depending on the name of department, just add computation to any department and your salary could be 1.5-2 times higher than other postdocs.
