If you are impressed by self importance and arrogance then this is the place for you.

Cons

In my opinion, the Group follow up one bad idea after another and each one costs the group a fortune. The company is more of a plaything for the owners and their croneys, who really do not care about the efforts of their senior directors or staff. Countless people have been drummed out due to politics and cosy relationships with poor performing old friends of the owners

One team business ethic now embedded, career opportunities broad due to the number of internal businesses. Eg Expanded, Crown House, Select etc.

Cons

Too process driven, resulting in numerous 'blockers' to perform some everyday tasks. Too many levels of authority for procurement which can lead to delays in the process. Work / life balance not prioritised.
