      Salary on time.......this is the one & only benefit

      Cons

      we have to work more than 10 hours per day without overtime & they spend more time for meeting than work, Even if you have more experience in construction, this company will not care ...you have to start the position from junior or Assistant, except uk guys others are not much friendly (I worked in Middle East & 90% are Indians)

      If you're working with a good team - it's a great experience.

      Dividing the work into preconstruction and construction and changing the team meant there was limited acountability.

      Pros

      Get paid and experience whilst you do your degree which is all paid for. Development programme modules can be hit and miss.

      Cons

      Depending on the business & project you work on, some can be really positive places to work but a lot of the higher management see you as junior and worthless even if you have some decent experience under your belt. You can be seen as a 'kid' Cadets is also used as a salary cap, even if you exceed better than someone who isn't a cadet, your wage will hit a bracket that you cant exceed
