- Competitive salary for first job in IT. - Good Health insurance. - Great HR department. - Good discounts in company products.

Cons

- Career progression with lots of responsibilities with little to no salary increase. - No salary balance between new employees and the rest. - Almost all the technologies are outdated. - No training. - Mandatory presence (2 days a week) for only old employees. - Great disparity in treatment between departments - Most of all, the salaries are very low compared to the current market .
