Fast-paced environment that helps you learn e-commerce logistics quickly. The team spirit in the warehouse and operations department was generally good. Good opportunity to handle large volumes of orders and gain experience in supply chain processes.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging, especially during sales periods or Black Friday. Some internal software tools could be more modern to help with daily tasks. Salary is average for the level of responsibility required.

It's a great company to work for. They provide us a good balance between work and life. The goals are clear; they are transparent about what they expect from us and what the future of the company is. We can easily reach any department to unblock any issue or problem. The environment is very friendly and yet very professional.
