It's OK but..

Pros

- Work is normally quiet and without much pressure; - Opportunity to work for all company's subsidiaries (eg UK, UK, BE, etc); - Relaxed atmosphere; - There is usually some spirit of cooperation between co-workers; - Good to gain experience working in large teams and in an international environment.

Cons

- Salary is below the national average; - They prefer to pay more for human resources via outsourcing; - There is no career progression; - Unhealthy competitiveness between engineering departments; - Project managers don't have qualifications; - Weak leadership; - It's normal for someone to disrespect a colleague and nothing happens.
