      Pros

      amazing local leaders.They are driven ,passionate and fun. The company has soul.It has recently added flexitime to help staff care for their children before and after School when we relocate to PARRAMAATA OFFFICES. We also still get to WFH 1 day a week ..Brilliant They have considered our parking and public transport costs.. fantastic pakage for all.

      Pros

      Good place to grow thick skin. A lot of constant pressure really keeps you in check on not sleeping on details. Great place to learn in a compressed amount of time. Free Insurance. New breed of Koreans seem to want to break the mistreatment cycle, much more approacheable and eager to help.

      Cons

      Non-Koreans are expendable, and treated like second class citizens (paid as such as well). Public yelling and shaming is the norm. Give women noticeably less chance of rising, even Korean women. Un compensated overtime. Atrocious work/life balance.
