There is only one advantage in this company as an employee (not director), which is that many elder people in South Korea (HQ of this company) love the company name, LG. That's all.

Cons

Poor president, poor directors, poor team leaders, poor part leaders, poor benefits, poor opportunities, poor management, poor working environment. CEO of this company is a liar. He always say that salary of this company is 90% of their competitors' one, but it is fake. Absolutely.
