      Get a chance to learn how to agree with disagree. Learn how to do politics.

      Cons

      Too many commanders and you will find out you are the only solider. A good place to break your Kpop movie fan mind with reality K bosses’ top down no consensus order. Bosses will not take care of what is issue in the field and will not be interested in to solve. Top management only take care of themselves and keep pushing non sense. No work life balance. Keep adding in extra JD without consensus. If disagree, you will witness management fire people easily. Will not feel value at all.
