Good working environment Good Benefits Moral company Recently did elevated pay rises for those most affected by cost of living while leaving higher paid employees with a lower rise

Sometimes the direction can be a bit mixed as the company continues to move with the times

Pros

They are quite flexible and there is good reasoning behind most of what they do for company direction.

Cons

Will prioritise external applicants for faster role filling despite promoting that they promote internally. This is only done when convenient. There can often be one arm pulling in a different direction to the other

-stable full time employment -partly flexible time (start betwen 7am and 9:30 am) -4:1 remote to office work -no office at Friday -benefits

Cons

-not fully remote -salary -lack of additional courses and cerifications -repetitive work (all projects are very similar)
