Pros

- flexible work pattern (3 days in-office, Mon and Fri WFH) - pension (max pension is 8% in and they'll match 14%)

Cons

- very hierarchical and process-driven - little room for creativity - company culture doesn't value design because they don't seem to understand it - design work can be quite repetitive and not so much 'real' design, more like re-skinning products - no clear career progression

Pros

- Fair compensation (trips, bonuses, gifts) - Official visits to the office are cost-reimbursed - Parties and events

Cons

- Immature processes, a lot of trivial processes are either manual or non-existent - The recruitment process is one-size-fits-all, but depending on which space the person lands, the expectations and responsibilities can be quite different, for the same position - Unclear and undefined expectations about the position, which vary depending on the space - Culture of accountability and visibility makes everything everybody's business. The outcome is micromanagement at its essence.
