Pros

It’s hybrid working from home is always a benefit Discount

Cons

The pay is not that great especially with the economy is the way it is now. The expectations are not realistic. We take maybe 20 calls per day mostly complaints and we are expected to sale, schedule live appointments, and send emails that turn into sales. We take calls for every boutique and setup sales for those boutiques also. The boutiques and sale inventory from their store, other, stores, and online. While we are limited to what is available only in the warehouse. There is NO work life balance unless you are favorite. Discounts are only on select items and there is a cap.
