Pros

Good name on a CV, I guess. New buildings are amazing. Good price on products.

Cons

Horrendous organisation: lots of noise and mess. Risk and control-freak organisation: do not take any initiative!!! Lots of toxic people: learn and survive swimming with sharks. Ah, also, there absolutely no vision of where the Group is going.

Pros

I don;t think there were any advantages. Looking busy and focusing on non-essential activities was the norm.

Cons

Hierarchy and management not open to junior level resources like the interns

Pros

Tremendous office, nice people, exciting brands and lots of challenges to face to become a truly intergrated group

Cons

Not enough drive, no project/program culture, no risk or out-of-the-box culture, organization is a nightmare, half of executives should not be in place. The transformation initated with the new name & vision is still pending : remaining with old practices, we will not deliver results for the business and we will not deliver promises for our employees.
