Pros

None at all, NADA, ZILCH.

Cons

- Outsourced IT, no in-house skills - poor/untrained direct manager in people management skills - For such a profitable company, the increment has been appalling for all the billions of euros you made, how are people going to survive? Imagine working knowing that your money is worth less the next day you wake up from sleep! - lack of tactical flexibility
