Well benefit such as above average leave and reasonable return such as bonus, double pay and share options (no voting right) for all staffs Indeed lots of staff sales to enjoy the discount to buy luxury products

Cons

Serious politics competition especially in between same function internally, which lower morale harsh for new joiner nearly no honeymoon period even for junior position Very heavy workload even for non peak season and demanding tasks
