Pros

-Good salay -Ticket restaurant -Office and location

Cons

- Everything else - Management. Really small structure in Spain, everything depends on 1 or 2 people and it's a total tyranny; including schedules, tasks, processes, reviews... Moreover, they don't have any good background of management, finance, informatic programs... - Inexistent promotions or international visibility (Eventhough the group has an international structure), management won't let people move on. -Ancient processes and systems. -Very manual and administrative tasks. You won't learn almost anything in your whole working experience. -Very high workload -Bad working environment
