Pros

Benefits package. Healthcare, 401k, sick days, and volunteer opportunities are unlike any other company I’ve worked for..... that’s how they get you.

Cons

Highest turnover rate of any company I’d ever seen. Management was improperly trained and had no idea what they were doing. Extremely hostile coworkers. Nepotism - don’t trust anyone, including HR. I had no idea how awful people could be until I worked for this company. Would never go back and never recommend to anyone.

Pros

Kering eyewear has great benefits, there's room for advancement. The people are hard workers and nice. There is an open door policy so you can voice your opinion to your superior. For the most part everybody is doing a great job.

Cons

Like any startup companies, there are a few hiccups but there's potential for greatness.
