      They offered attractive benefits to the staff such as employee purchase discounts and extra holidays every year such as family leave and birthday leave.

      Cons

      I see limited growth in this company. In each year's appraisal, it is just a standard process and it does not focus on employee growth and the next career path in the future.

      Great group with multitude of brands to grow or transfer into. They also promote internal mobility. Decent pay with great benefits.

      Cons

      They recently started cutting pay as a result of the pandemic, which is understandable. No other cons to note.
