      Good as a first job, make new friends skills and basic wages

      Cons

      Not good for long term job, management only hires under 20 to make it cheap, work hard and get paid so little

      Pros

      KFC has a program for team members which can be their stepping stone to restaurant leaders someday.

      Cons

      There so much politics here (Restaurant Operations) and favoritism is very evident. You are expected to give good results but you are not getting the needed support. Higher management doesn't seem to care with the working environment of its people but they are asking you to perform in all aspects. Overwork and very much underpaid.

      •Free food •Usually easy to get time off •Great co-workers •Enjoyable job most of the time •Paid weekly •Can be rewarding with some customers •28 day of paid holiday

      Cons

      •Customers treat you like dirt •Management rarely listen to concerns •Rota up on Sunday afternoon, for the week commencing the next day! Makes having a life impossible •Varying hours from week to week •Difficult to keep to a regular schedule •Weeks when I've not been paid with no explanation •Harassment from certain staff to work extra hours - put under intense pressure to do so •Less than 11-hour break between some shifts •Feel unsafe when expected to kick gangs out, feel unprotected from harm •Minimum wage
