managers have to talk decently and should have good culture and basic knowledge in english, should also concentrate on customers satisfaction than on companies profit. if there is customers satisfaction there ll surely be profit as they ll come again and again

Get to work with the public on a daily basis and build relationships with your regular customers. You also have job security.

Cons

No insurance or retirement plan. Hourly wage is not enough to buy insurance or provide yourself with a secure future. If you have a long range goal or plan then this employer is not for you.
