Pros

I have been with KFC for 10 years and the salary/bonus is very good. You will find a good, diverse range of people to work with and as a Restaurant Manager you are given a lot of freedom over how you run your restaurant.

Cons

Travel can sometimes be an issue, you can be moved to a store some distance away but the financial implications are not taken into account so you end up losing out on money at the end of the month.

Most of the work Is fairly easy and repetitive. In their busy season they will hand out hours freely, Decent for a first job.

Cons

In the winter they will cut your hours severely. They do not give raises even if you work harder and put in more effort than everyone else.

bonuses were good, the team I had were good

Cons

no raises after you have gone to salary, and also the franchise owners did what they want and were cheap, they played favoritism
