Pros

Great place to start your working life if you're 15-18 yrs old. Very flexible work/life balance. management is very friendly.

Cons

Pay is pretty low, but it is still better than most fast food places. There is minimal training, especially with learning how to deal with annoying customers (some formal training would have been nice).

Pros

As RGM I had full command of the ship. You work with small team and when it get busy the store run by auto pilot. Every one knows what to do. Hardly any complains as most of your business is Togo.

Cons

Inspections and keeping up with training put exrra stress on your agenda.

th application process online was seamless, and received a request for an interview within a week. following the interview I was given a reply within an hour. in terms of the working environment, KFC upholds stringent hygiene routines, opposing my prior misconception that their food was.prepared in an unsanitary environment. I also appreciate how accommodating the manager is to swapping and changing shifts, giving me flexible working hours.

Cons

I am really disappointed that I don't receive penalty rates for sundays or other times, though we do receive double time on public holidays
