Pros

I loved my co-workers and managers. Such a great crew. Free meals are also amazing.

Cons

Since it was a KFC/Taco Bell it got crazy and we were understaffed quite frequently. Customers would yell at us and a lot of times customers were waiting for their food for a substantial amount of time.

Pros

Flexible shifts, friendly team members and great work experience in the fast food field. Shifts are pretty flexible so you can change or swap it with someone else so that you have time for other things.

Cons

Hot and stuffy kitchen, (especially in the summer)the occasional rude customer and late night shifts that go till 11 or 12.

Pros

Ability to lead others into a strong team and being able to be accountable for all juries on a shift. The most fun part is knowing exactly what to do such as make schedules, schedule meetings of the month, do inventory from beginning of shift to end, and make sure our labor stay in the green not the red...then I'll have to send employees home for the cause of labor being to high

Cons

Not many cons just have to be the boss and keep your boss face on.. not friendship or favoritism but a naturally boss the entire shift.
