      Pros

      There are some fantastic people who work for KBR and the offices are okay

      Cons

      The company is ruled by stale males who promote each other into senior management roles with no actual evidence of them ever having successfully delivered anything and no concept of how to manage people let alone actually have any emotional intelligence to be able to communicate with people!!!! There are a number of people who have stayed with the company for many years and have just stagnated but have been allowed to do so

      There are no pros of working at KBR other than the measly paycheck.

      No Work/Life Balance - Management acts as if they own you No Training opportunities - Day 1 you are thrown in with the sharks and expected to know how KBR functions People are rude - Team of Teams is just talk Unappreciative of the value Experience Hires can bring Processes are immature, therefore org capability is non existence Not open to improvement ideas
