      Global team and well known brand.

      Cons

      Top-down leadership and no support from managers. You have to be working in the Cambridge office to matter, otherwise you will be treated like a janitor. Leadership will repeatedly tell you one thing and then do another. They will try to inspire you and ask for your commitment, then restructure teams without consultation, conduct mass lay-offs and shrug their shoulders. Then blame the failures and lack of enthusiasm on you. KAYAK pretends to be a global company but only cares about its US office.

      This company is really bad. As an example you will find senior management create public slack channel with HR discussing how to get rid of a VP and others.
