There are no pros to working in the Client Experience Centre for JLR

Cons

The structure is very clicky and the culture is not welcoming. They advertise the role completely wrong and belittle employees in many ways through micro management and toxic bullying tactics to extreme dishonesty. When such behaviors are called out the management team take no accountablity for any shortcomings in their leadership.
