      Nice cars, nice design, innovative

      Cons

      Bad management, very old style (show the badge) instead of inspiring leadership. Non-motivational, lack of recognition, except for the apple polisher's.

      no real opportunity to grow based on performance, it is no9t what you do but who you know, which is abs sad and unfair towards hard working employees and very damaging to overall company's mission and objectives. we dont hire skills or experience we hire friendships and acquaintances :(

      Pros

      Location is great. Engineering talent is top notch. Good work-life balance. Love the guest speakers that come by. Very social group.

      Cons

      Leadership is uninspiring. Difficult work culture with the worst combination of micromanagement and grassroots. Very silo oriented. Management does not value their employees. Emotional abuse and lack of trust is a common sight.
