      - Looks good on your CV - Well paid - Some great people in the teams - Various sites to apply to work at

      Cons

      - Maintenance team operates machines and don't allow for real maintenance work - Parking is a big issue. - Paternity, maternity and shift pay not equal to other sites - Sending out a leaflet saying 'go to bed and wake up the same time everyday' is condescending when most of your workers are on shifts.

      Pros

      The company vision and direction is ambitious and cutting edge. We have some of the brightest minds in automotive industry Our new facilities are great places to work The company allows and supports flexible working.

      Cons

      Lack of growth and promotion from within, many departments bring in fresh blood rather than looking at how they can grow their current staff into the leaders of the future. This coupled with a hierarchical and old school management structure that struggle to work together for the benefit of the company does foster a culture of mistrust and blame or "It's not me it's you" in certain departments.
