Pros

Work Life balance, very rarely am required to work overtime. Work from home flexibility. Pension and benefits available Training available If entering the graduate scheme you will have the opportunity to do placements within the business.

Cons

Office environment, A hot desking policy has been introduced as there are not enough desks for all employees. Frequently you will not be able to find a desk with your team. There are also not enough parking spaces and there are frequent traffic jams due to the bottle neck when trying to get home. If entering the graduate scheme it is likely you will not be placed in a home department that is relevant to your background.

Thanks for your feedback, it’s great to hear you have been enjoying some of the benefits on offer. Parking is disrupted at our Gaydon site while construction is underway on our £200m design and engineering centre, but we are working on options to reduce the pressure. JLR is committed to integrity, the highest level of ethical behaviour, and to creating an environment of trust which is open, safe and secure. Pros

HR policies Pay Brand value I don't have 20 words (mandatory) of pros to full hence writing this sentence. The company needs to realize staff management is extremely poor.

Cons

Extremely poor infrastructure Poor management of staff People management is hopeless Lotta people do not know their jobs Employees egos are priority over the actual work Blame culture Wasting time presenting to seniors Underperformed and overperformers treated the same No sense of competition amongst peers The training courses are absolute waste of money and give you incorrect facts about JLR 20 people doing the same job Terrible parking
