Vast majority of the management is incompetent on their subject and promotions are given to people that understand absolutely nothing about the topic, just because they are pushed by senior management for unknown reasons. The environment is totally frustrating for whoever actually does some work. No willing to change, management lives in its own world, completely detached from reality and provides absolutely no help to their teams, just troubles.

Shocking management that is hell bent on safeguarding their positions instead of getting the job done. No entrepreneurs in this business. Nobody makes decisions. Just analyse everything to death rather then decide anything that might put them in the firing line. Total fear and blame culture. Too many levels of management. The business is in trouble for these very reasons and it will keep happening.
