i enjoyed before they got greedy and went to 3 shifts,shirts have no time for any one,too busy watching football on there work computers and playing games

Great products and potential due to the huge investment by Tata.

Cons

At some point the job market will open and good evmployees will leave.They manage by fear. Most employees just keep their heads down . Just a job, no longer a career for most.

I enjoy working in my field, which I was doing at JLR.

Cons

Sycophantic management culture, some managers been there for decades and very narcissistic, dogmatic and overbearing, they would not survive anywhere else or get the same perks, make life there poor. Very keen on working with China who should perhaps not be trusted allies these days.
