Very good health benefits and an infinite amount of experienced to be gained.

Cons

Very long hours of work. Auto dealers do not have a specific time of closing. Your phone will be ringing close to 24/7.

- Well paid and above inflation salary increases - Opportunities there if you can put up with all the problems

Cons

- Old fashioned aggressive attitudes makes for an unhappy working environment. - Processes and systems are old and outdated. - Silo working and lack of collaboration. - Too many employees in remote countryside site and lack of parking spaces adds additional commuting time. - Outsourcing of key support functions who are incredibly useless and frustrating. - Poor work/life balance - Workload is unmanageable

Excellent product range, huge potential for career development as company continues to grow intentionally and sales volumes increase. Very astute senior management guiding the business in a clear direction

Cons

Time pressures and currently insufficient focus upon getting the basic engineering right (but this is changing). Need to get the quality and operating systems right!
